I was watching the interview of Abhijit Banerjee, the Nobel Laureate Economists, ranting about the FAILURES of Modi Government.

The same was the case with Amartya Sen.

Now here is my question to these world class, best in the world Economy wizards, if you are such great minds, to know it all, have solution for all then why don’t you ever impart your celestial, divine knowledge to countries where economy has collapse or on ventilator? Like Venezuela, Pakistan or African countries. Or countries who would benefit greatly from your path breaking formulae and research like Laos, Cambodia, Bulgaria? Why do Indian Nobel Laureates only come and attack India, a country who is doing pretty well (among the top 5 economies)?

If your knowledge is the best in the world then help the ones that need it on priority, Why waste all time, money, energy on a country that seem so be doing pretty well? Trust me 60% of world’s countries would LOVE to get help from world’s greatest minds.

And seriously if you all claim to know it all, be the sharpest mind in economics, finance then why are you both not Billionaires? If I knew it all, so an extent to dictate and tell the world media that one of the top 5 economies is NOT doing well and expose 5000 flaws, then I would firstly use that knowledge to make myself a Billionaire?

Also, if so called great economists are legendary in their intelligence, Why could no economist foresee the collapse of 2008? Predict it, Or publish a paper about it? Warn companies, Governments? I had sent my doctor father a few videos of the Corona Virus from China in November 2019 and he had predicted that it will last 2 years, the whole world will shut down, more than 6 millions will die and will have lifelong effect needing regular vaccination for next 10 years. Yes, just after seeing a few videos. That is what you call a genius, a learned man with experience.

I mean if Mark Zuckerberg is an amazing coder, he made Facebook for himself right? He did not go and code for someone else. And for that matter ANY other so-called economist? All make money from research grants, books (which have helped no one) but only gather dust in libraries.

There is a VAST difference between theoretical knowledge and practical application (the reason for 95% of startups failing). And considering no economist has ever managed to help ANY country revive their economy, or have become a billionaire themselves pretty much proves that economist are just blabberers who talk incomprehensible jargon (financial wokes) who think they are superior and should be taken seriously for their accented communication and wine drinking and caviar socialism.

And why this obsession with India and obsession with bringing Modi down? Both being Bengalis should first lecture Mamata Banerjee to revive economy in her state. Give her pro bono help in making her state the economic superpower not an 70’s insatgram filter.

Your so-called knowledge, research and awards are as helpful as the management of WHO in the event of the pandemic. A barely educated Dhirubhai built Reliance, a college dropout Ritesh Agarwal built OYO (World’s youngest self-made billionaire), uneducated Dabbawalas have 6 sigma certification, so spare me the lecturing on your degrees, your publications, awards. Means NOTHING if you can’t show results. Even a laywoman like me gets it. So stop blabbering, stop pontificating, go back to your wine and caviar brunches and so small talks about your big worded books to a society which care, because we don’t.
